We closed on our M the Builder home on Friday, August 4th, 2023. We are thrilled with it! We relocated to Texas from Arizona and we were lucky enough to find this home on one of our home scouting trips. Our realtor brought us to this home in April and it was 90% of the way done. We were looking for a certain floor plan and certain design finishes and the M the Builder home had both. It seemed like a perfect fit for us. Once we decided to purchase the home, M the Builder was easy to work with as we wanted to make a few changes as they completed the rest of the work. They completed their work within the projected time frame and the quality of workmanship is fantastic! As we did the final walkthrough, and they had their punch list of work to complete, they did so quickly and thoroughly. We really appreciated that.
As it came time to close, we had some things come up on our end with the mortgage. M the Builder was patient and understanding as we worked through those issues. We are so grateful for that since this is the home we wanted. We finally closed and are feeling so excited to be in this home in such a wonderful neighborhood.

Our family is a recent customer and current M The Builder homeowner. We absolutely love our beautiful new home in the Montrachet subdivision. We had plans to build on our lot located inside Montrachet. In April, my husband was driving through the neighborhood when he stumbled across this amazing home. It is very similar to what we had envisioned building. Everything we wanted was already built and ready to go. We changed course, bought this house, and have been very happy with our decision.

I highly recommend M the Builders for your home improvement needs. Lee Hughes and Sam Noel are experienced professionals that care and do it right. I had a vision that they brought to life. Through the planning, the engineering, and the construction, they paid attention to every detail. They said what they were going to do, and most importantly, they did what they said – on time and on budget. I added 975 sq feet of living space, 400 sq feet of second story covered balcony, and remodeled just about every other room in the house. I couldn’t be happier with the result. The attention to detail by every crew of M the Builders was excellent. The cabinetry, the tile, the molding, the hardwood floors, the plumbing, the painting, the metal work, etc – I could go on and on, it is all excellent. The framing crew was outstanding and amazing to watch as they tore apart and rebuilt with surgical precision, which was needed to get the second story done as I desired. The end product looks like it was always part of the original house and the original house never looked better. Sam and Lee and crews communicated with me daily to keep me informed of progress and helped me make needed decisions along the way. Their guidance and recommendations are what brought the vision to life. Thanks Sam and Lee for a job well done and I will highly recommend M the Builders to anyone that asks.

M The Builders not only builds some of the most stunning properties in DFW, but they continue to expand to new areas where buying a home seems almost impossible. Buying a home in this market is not only challenging, but sometimes can be very emotional! While we did not decide to build at this time, this is a company that I would suggest to any of my friends and family.
